2. Reactions or Sensitivities
We recommend patch-testing all products before full use. Because every skin is unique, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns based on allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. 3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email]. Please provide clear photos of the issue. We will either replace the item or offer a store credit based on the situation.

4. Order Cancellations
Because we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

5. Non-Returnable Items
